Products and prices (VAT included)

• Masalım – story pack €9,90: 5 personalised bilingual stories (printable page / save as PDF) + MP3 audio of each story in one chosen language.
• Masalım – audio pack €14,90: the same 5 stories + MP3 audio in both languages.
• Türkçe Defterim €6,90 per month, recurring via Mollie (SEPA Direct Debit after a first Bancontact payment, or card). A new worksheet (print) with Turkish audio unlocks every 7 days; all levels (A/B/C) are included for siblings.

Delivery

Digital, immediately after payment, on a page opened with your access code. We do not send emails: keep your code. Story packs stay available for 30 days, then are deleted; save the PDF and MP3s before.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because the content is digital and supplied immediately, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose this right once supply starts (art. VI.53, 13° Belgian Code of Economic Law; art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). For Türkçe Defterim this applies to the period already started; you can cancel the subscription at any time on your workbook page and it ends at the end of the paid month, with no further charges.

AI-generated content

Stories, worksheets and voices are generated by AI (OpenAI) and labelled as such. We use strict safety instructions and fixed inputs, but AI can make mistakes (spelling, translation, facts). Please read the content before using it with your child. Report problems to serkvay13@gmail.com: if a story is clearly unusable we regenerate it or refund you.

Use

For private, non-commercial family use. You may print and share the files within your family. The service is for adults; you confirm you are 18+ and the parent/grandparent of the child (or have the parent's permission).

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid, except for intent or gross negligence and where the law does not allow a limitation. The worksheets are home practice material, not an official school programme or assessment.

Complaints and law

Contact serkvay13@gmail.com; we answer within 7 days. Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence. Belgian consumers can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be / mediationconsommateur.be).
